What a good answer should say

- The evidence may not be entirely clear.
- Level 2 provides representative samples of moderately extensive testing and explains the evidence, but it still falls short of demonstrating that the requirements have been achieved and that the solution is robust or the investigation is thorough.
- Level 3 involves extensive testing, but the representative samples do not clearly demonstrate that all core requirements have been achieved.
